HEALTHY FOOD HABITS.

None shall eat food without washing hands, feet, face and cleansing the mouth. Food should be swallowed only it has properly chewed.(Ayurveda)
1.Eat food when it is hot.
2.Eat food unctuous food.
3.Eat food in a suitable measure.
4.Eat food after digestion of the previous meal.
5.Eat food which does not contain items which antagonistic properties.
6.Eat food in congenial and agreeable places.
7.Don’t eat food hurriedly.
8.Don’t eat food slowly.
9.Eat with concentrated attention; don’t talk or laugh while eating.
10.Eat according to individual constitution. Eat what is wholesome and agreeable to the temperament.
